酒店本身就景色宜人，空氣清新，四處花團錦簇，就像置身於公園中。酒店對面的文筆塔也很值得遊玩。餐廳的餐點很有特色，值得一嘗。

在鳳慶是最好的酒店了，硬件設施好。服務人員有禮貌。但是主動服務的意識不夠，還需要加強培訓。酒店的環境風景不錯。

第二次入住了，上次路過住了一晚感覺不錯，今年五一選擇和朋友來這度假，四個人出遊所以選了一個雙床套房，複式結構，方便大家一起聊天。唯一不足的是房間衹有一樓有一個衞生間，四個人一起用有點緊張，這個房型估計是為家庭出遊設計的，大人帶小孩比較合適。

度假式酒店，很漂亮，房間設施很好，床品也不錯，是當地唯一的五星酒店，性價比高，在半山茶園裡，值得推薦。

1.酒店房價電視有隱形消費，不管看什麼都需要出錢
2.房價冰箱內有軟飲未標識清楚是否收費，退房時也未提及收費問題，離店兩小時候告知軟飲需要付費，而且溝通收費標註比房價標價高處5塊（網上訂購是房內食品簡介中衹備註了迷你吧收費）
3.想在酒店餐廳吃晚餐，4點去諮詢前台，時間告知含糊，最後點了外賣，酒店不讓外賣人員送餐，我當時穿着睡衣，麻煩前台幫忙送餐，工作人員説衹有一個人在前台（一個600左右一晚的度假酒店，衹有一個人上班？該酒店管理是不是有問題！），其他人去吃飯了，衹能他們吃完才送餐，要麼我自己拿，我告知穿着睡衣不方便，難道穿着睡衣下來拿嗎？服務人員卻説是的！
4.訂房間前有查詢是否有健身房，酒店頁面顯示附帶此項目，辦理入住後，前台告知健身房還未對外開放，經溝通，客房部經理女士幫忙處理才可使用（此處謝謝客房部經理，且溝通方式很温暖）
總之前台服務不敢恭維，張嘴就來。問啥啥沒有
